Lucuma is an aromatic fruit from the subtropical Andean valleys of Peru known as an ‘’Incas gold’’. Nowadays it is known to be a natural superfood for its valuable nutritional profile. Lucuma powder is a fine yellow powder with nutty creamy sweet flavor with a light touch of caramel. It can be used as a light healthy sweetener – add a spoon of lucuma powder to desserts, ice creams, smoothies or puddings. The suggested dosage is one tablespoon per day, but you do not have to worry about maximum dosage since it is a fruit pulp. 100% raw and organic!
